최신 회사 사례 Troubleshooting for flotation liquid surface turbulence caused by rotor and stator wear

Problem: A flotation machine in a copper mine flotation workshop had the phenomenon of liquid surface blooming and uneven foam during operation, leading to a 2.8 percentage point decrease in copper concentrate grade.

Investigation & Cause: After investigation, it was found that the rotor and stator were unevenly worn, and the gap between the impeller and the stator was too large (exceeding the manufacturer's specified range), resulting in uneven air dispersion and accumulation of large bubbles floating upward, destroying the gas-liquid-solid three-phase balance in the tank.

Treatment Measures: replace the worn rotor and stator, adjust the gap between the impeller and the stator to the standard range (0.5-1.0mm), and clean the blockage in the air supply pipeline to restore uniform air supply.

Outcome: After treatment, the liquid level of the flotation machine returned to stable, the foam was fine and uniform, the copper concentrate grade returned to the normal level, and the flotation stability was significantly improved.
