Chile Copper Mine
A large copper mine in Chile experienced frequent downtime due to rapid wear of its original stator and rotor in sulfide ore flotation. After adopting our product, the matching precision between the rotor and stator was significantly improved, resulting in more uniform bubble dispersion. The highly wear-resistant rubber material of the stator-rotor set effectively resisted the impact of coarse particle slurry. The equipment operated continuously for over 14 months, with rotor surface wear reduced by more than 30%. As a result, the mine significantly lowered spare parts replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
