BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy) improved the rotor and stator structure of the KYF-50 flotation machine, optimized the rotor blade shape and stator radial blade layout, and used wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials to manufacture key components, so that the bubble generation efficiency of the rotor and stator was increased by 30%, effectively solving the problems of slurry short-circuit and flow field disorder of the traditional rotor and stator. After the improved rotor and stator were applied to a gold mine flotation workshop, the gold mine recovery rate increased by 5-8 percentage points, the motor power decreased by 15%, the annual power saving could reach several hundred thousand yuan, the annual operation time of the equipment was extended to more than 8000 hours, which was suitable for the flotation needs of various ores.
