Russia Copper-Nickel Mine

A copper-nickel mine in Russia, located in a high-altitude cold region, experienced reduced toughness and cracking of its original stator and rotor at low temperatures. Our stator and rotor use low-temperature resistant composite rubber, maintaining good elasticity at -35°C. The rotor starting torque was significantly reduced, and the stator showed no low-temperature embrittlement cracks. Meanwhile, the stator-rotor set provided excellent suspension capacity for coarse mineral particles, resulting in a more stable froth layer. The mine achieved uninterrupted production during winter, with overall equipment efficiency increased by 12%.
