Troubleshooting a flotation machine that produces no foam due to rotor blade detachment

A 160m³ WEMCO flotation machine suddenly had the problems of no foam generation and abnormal flotation bubbles during operation. After shutdown inspection, it was found that some blades of the rotor fell off, causing the rotor to be unable to cut air and disperse slurry normally. Air entered the slurry directly without sufficient dispersion, and effective flotation bubbles could not be formed. Treatment measures: disassemble the flotation machine, replace the damaged rotor, reinstall the rotor components correctly, check and fasten all connecting bolts, and clean the blockage in the rotor air passage. After restarting the equipment, the flotation machine normally generates foam, the bubbles are fine and uniform, the flotation operation returns to normal, and the production stagnation caused by equipment failure is avoided.
