A domestic large-scale open-pit coal mine has achieved remarkable production optimization through independent upgrading of excavator bucket teeth. The mine has fully installed modified high-strength bucket teeth on 6 sets of 35 cubic meters and 4 sets of 10 cubic meters electric shovels. Compared with traditional standard bucket teeth, the optimized product adopts upgraded alloy casting technology and structural stress relief design, completely solving the frequent fracture problem of bucket teeth under high-load coal digging conditions.

Key Achievements (After Half-Year Field Operation):
  • Improved bucket teeth have achieved zero fracture failure.
  • Single-tooth coal handling capacity is nearly three times that of the old model.
  • The mine’s annual coal output is increased by 22,832 tons.
  • Realizing significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement in front-end mining operations.
